Citroen Heritage is one of the five historical groups which make up l’Aventure Peugeot Citroen DS. Currently based in Aulnay-sous-Bois, about nine miles north of the centre of Paris, it is about to move to new premises, and in preparation for that it is putting around 60 cars and 90 items of automobilia up for sale at an auction held by Leclere-mdv on December 10.

The cars are very varied. There’s a suspicion that Citroen Heritage is taking the opportunity to offload vehicles it doesn’t find interesting (there are several apparently as-new but otherwise unremarkable Xsaras and XMs, for example) or doesn’t have the time or resources to restore for itself.

Even these may be of interest to dedicated fans of Citroen in particular or classic cars in general. On top of that, though, there are some splendid lots, including the company’s own prototypes and some very odd concepts created by the eccentric Swiss company Sbarro.
